Desk Fest
A mini desk Adventure to hype the Yamamoto creative department’s tradition
origami mini desks of various sizes took over the office ahead of desk fest
Posters
This promotion for this event was headed by the account intern and myself so we tapped AI to help with design. We fed ChatGPT pictures of the mini desks and copy along with a description of the event and created this poster. These worked in tandem with the mini desks to give further information on the event for those who aren’t familiar with the creative department’s tradition.
Reminders
After a week, we switched up the desks, adding new ones and putting old ones in new places. We also updated the messages on white boards. We did this to keep the vibes going and the campaign feeling fresh.

Top Secret
Yamamoto’s office is set up such that it’s bifurcated by restrooms and the lunch area with creatives on one side and almost all other departments on the other. Naturally, it’s quite difficult for creatives to get a cross departmental party going. But this year we bridge-d the gap thanks in part to Chad, from New Business. Chad is seen here participating in Desk Fest while having work on his screen that out of caution I have censored. As he clearly would have wanted.
